Dairygold Chocolate & Banana Pancakes

Give the family a sweet brunch treat with these chocolate and banana pancakes.


For the Pancake Mix

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted Dairygold

For the Filling

  • 4 x bananas
  • 100g x grated chocolate
  • Dollop of Dairygold to fry the banana
  • Vanilla ice cream

For the Pancake Mix:

Mix or blend  all of the ingredients together, cook in a warm pan with melted Dairygold

For the Filling

Slice the bananas on the angle, so you have long slices

Add your Dairygold to your frying pan and warm until bubbling

Add your bananas and gently fry for 30 seconds, turning once

Place them in your pancake and apply the grated chocolate liberally

Roll the pancake and add topping of choice (we recommend a big scoop of vanilla ice cream!)
